About the Role The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing, strategizing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our research lab, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This person drives efficiency, manages resources, and fosters collaboration across departments to enhance overall productivity and success. This is a full-time, onsite position with the flexibility to provide evening or weekend coverage in the event of an emergency.
