Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

Summary:

Looking for a detail-oriented, that has technical background in Home Appliance and Electronic Products.

Manage to enhance service guide/contents for products and functions and providing improvements.

Working independently, translation of complex functional & technical requirement is required, maintaining upcoming technical knowledge is a must

Responsibilities:

* Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products divisions

* Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.

* Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals

* Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Requirements:

* Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering

* 2-3 years experience preferred

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

* Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different groups.

* Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.

* Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

* Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

* Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
