Senior Director of Practice Administration

Merakey is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Practice Administrationto lead the business and operational functions of our primary care practice, Merakey Total Health.Working in close partnership with the Medical Director, you will oversee practice operations, patient access, staff leadership, workflow optimization, and operational performance for our physical health clinic in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia.This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who is passionate about improving patient and provider experiences while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

• Lead day-to-day practice operations and administrative functions
• Optimize workflows, patient access, and operational performance
• Manage and develop administrative staff and front-line team members
• Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational best practices
• Monitor key performance indicators and support financial sustainability
• Partner with the Medical Director to ensure operational processes effectively support high-quality patient care
• Help lead Merakey Total Health's continued growth and integration with Merakey's other service lines
