About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to step into a pivotal role, where you will become the trusted advisor for first-party suppliers, guiding their search campaigns to unprecedented success. You will not just manage campaigns; you will be instrumental in fostering product improvements, enhancing supplier satisfaction, and driving the strategic growth of our retail media offerings. What You'll Do



  • Monitor the performance of sponsored retail media campaigns and implement sophisticated optimization strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and boost advertiser satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sponsored search performance using advanced analytics tools and internal dashboards, tracking key metrics and providing actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Identify emerging domain, brand, category, and campaign trends to support incremental budget requests from suppliers, ensuring sustained investment and growth.
  • Cultivate and own relationships with senior client stakeholders, driving high satisfaction, ensuring advertiser retention, and minimizing churn.
  • Define and refine performance and optimization processes, develop best-practice guidelines, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for both internal and external use.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Campaign Managers, and platform partners to align on business plan objectives and achieve exponential growth for search products.
  • Oversee account performance to ensure accurate billing, precise forecasting, and robust pipeline growth.


Required Skills & Experience



  • In-depth understanding of the paid search landscape, including keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management, and retail media search platforms.
  • Strong quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, capable of translating complex data sets into actionable strategies and clear performance reports.
  • Proven ability to craft strategic presentations and translate technical performance data into compelling, client-friendly strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the advertising industry with a focus on paid search, retail search, e-commerce, or directly related experience.
  • Technical proficiency with search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Amazon), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel), and API/Self-Serve platforms.
  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong attention to detail, and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and adeptly managing client relationships.
