Job Overview
Seeking a seasoned Test Engineering Manager to lead and scale our global test engineering teams responsible for validating mission-critical power grid automation and substation communication systems. In this role, you will own the end-to-end test strategy, build high-performing geographically distributed teams, and drive quality excellence across hardware, firmware, and software releases that underpin electrical grid reliability. This is a high-impact leadership position at the intersection of power systems engineering, telecommunications, and advanced test methodologies. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, System Engineers, Firmware, Hardware and Software Development teams and Field Engineering teams to ensure that deliverables meet the most demanding industry standards. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of test engineers, senior test engineers, and team leads across multiple time zones and geographies. Test Strategy, Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Define and own the comprehensive test strategy for the UA business including Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Compliance Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electronics, or a closely related discipline. Desired Qualifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification in electrical engineering.
