Now Hiring: Quality Data Entry Associate Location: Carpinteria, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Data Entry Associate to support a manufacturing organization during an SAP system transition. This temporary position is ideal for candidates with strong data entry skills, experience working in manufacturing environments, and familiarity with SAP. In this role, you will help maintain accurate quality records, support product release documentation, and assist with SAP data updates to ensure operational efficiency and on-time customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and maintain quality-related data and records in SAP Support material and lot release documentation processes Verify accuracy and completeness of quality system records Assist with SAP transition and post-implementation support activities Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve documentation issues Maintain compliance with established quality procedures and documentation standards Qualifications Previous data entry experience in a manufacturing environment required SAP experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Experience with quality systems, quality documentation, inventory disposition, or material release processes preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences is a plus Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance This is a temporary contract opportunity with immediate impact supporting a critical business operation.
