Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery on customer application strategy, value-added offerings, sales potential, job mix, design files, production capacity, and finishing workflows.
  • Build an economic case for spot UV, tactile effects, and digital foil, including revenue opportunity, pricing strategy, utilization, cost of production, and ROI.
  • Coordinate sample development, NDA where required, application testing, technical validation, demonstrations, and post-demo customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with Inkjet Directors, Direct and Dealer teams to access accounts, while independently owning embellishment opportunity development and close plans.
  • Manage the full sales cycle through proposal, competitive positioning, financing, contract signature, installation handoff, and customer readiness.

  • Own an annual equipment sales quota and create sufficient qualified pipeline to support it.
  • Maintain a field-focused schedule, targeting at least three customer-facing days per week as territory conditions permit.
  • Use Salesforce to record meaningful customer engagement, accurate opportunity stages, next steps, forecast dates, and close risks.
  • Follow the required sales process: discovery and ROI, NDA before protected samples, demonstration/validation before proposal where applicable, and approval before concessions.
  • Bring well-supported pricing or commercial requests only when the customer decision process, mutual commitments, and path to signature are clear.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with specific actions to create new business and advance qualified opportunities.

Travel and territory: Regular travel throughout the assigned geography is required. Specific location and territory to be confirmed in the posting.
