Description onsemi is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant (AA) on a contract basis to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the Corporate Strategy Leadership for one of our clients in San Jose, CA. This is an onsite position and a contract role. Pay: $38-$40 hourly This role supports leaders across regions and time zones, including close collaboration with a leader based in Germany. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex priorities, exercising sound judgment and discretion, and operating independently in a fast-paced, executive environment. --- Key Duties and Responsibilities * Provide high-level executive administrative support within Corporate Strategy Leadership and team * Support leaders operating across global regions, including regular coordination with a leader based in Germany, accommodating time-zone differences as needed. * Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, interviews, site visits, and cross-functional engagements. * Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, team events, offsites, town halls, and virtual sessions. * Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and submit/reconcile executive expense reports. * Support onboarding activities, including coordination of system access and site orientation when applicable. * Manage administrative and office operations as needed, including invoice reconciliation, vendor coordination, shipping, and related operational support. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information and executive matters. * Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, documentation, and other tools to support business and operational needs. * Provide professional support to visitors, candidates, and external partners. * Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. * Complete special projects and ad hoc assignments as requested by leadership. What You'll Do: Job Requirements Qualifications / Requirements * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. * Demonstrated ability to support multiple leaders with competing priorities. * Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional executive presence. * Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate leadership needs. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in building/maintaining Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint sites is highly desirable. * Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities. * Willingness to work extended hours as business needs require, but will be kept to a minimum. * Experience supporting global or cross-regional leaders is highly desirable.
