• Full-Time Day Shift - $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Full-Time Evening/Overnight Shift - $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)

• Full-Time 3-12 Shift - $23.34 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $2.34 allowance for the 36 for 40 schedule)

• Part-Time - $20.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Seasonal Day Shift - $20.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Seasonal Evening Shift - $23.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)

• Perform all Returns Support tasks/responsibilities; count, pick, pack
• Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately to fulfill return requests
• Identify the part's restrictions as required for the return
• Perform inventory counts and update the computer system to show correct quantity on hand
• Perform verification on picked parts when consolidating for pack
• Package and/or palletize returns for shipments
• Process non-conforming requests consistent with company policy and in a timely manner
• Remain current on changes and updates for products, processes, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with all required regulations and standards
• Build and maintain business relationship with procurement by providing prompt and accurate service
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet vendor return demands
• Perform Supplier Returns tasks/responsibilities of scrapping product and any other supporting function as needed
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
• Participate in stand-up meetings and attend other meetings requested
• Take on additional responsibilities of the Order Fulfillment team when deemed necessary to fulfill same day shipment
• May participate in job shadow activities of other area's supporting Returns and Procurement
• May assist with training and provide support to others in the returns process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
• PDC experience (Preferred)
• PIV Certified (Preferred)

• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Capable of spending 10-12 hours walking/standing on concrete
• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
• Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
