As a Ship Provisioning Laborer, you'll help make sure submarines have the food and supplies they need. You'll work with a team to receive, organize, move, and load products onto vessels. This is a hands-on job for individuals who enjoy staying active and working with others. No Experience Required - We will train you!



  • Load, unload, and transport ship supplies and provisions.

  • Sort, organize, and stage inventory for vessel deliveries.

  • Assist with stocking and securing products aboard ships.

  • Follow safety procedures while working on docks, piers, and vessel decks.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely deliveries.


What You'll Need to be Successful:



  • No experience, no problem - We will train!

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Works outdoors comfortably in all types of weather, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.

  • Valid RealID

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.


Bonus If You Have These Skills:



  • Previous warehouse, labor, stocking, moving, or delivery experience.

  • Experience working in maritime, industrial, or distribution environments.

  • Forklift certification

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Keeps a steady work pace and finishes loading and unloading on time.

  • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on getting the job done.

Physical & Environmental Demands:



  • Lifting: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products and ship supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally move heavier items with assistance or material-handling equipment.

  • Movement: Regularly bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and climb ladders or stairs while loading, unloading, and delivering provisions.

  • Standing & Walking: Stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts, including on docks, piers, vessel decks, and other uneven surfaces.

  • Manual Dexterity: Use hands and arms to handle inventory, operate basic equipment, secure cargo, and complete stocking activities safely and efficiently.

  • Mobility: Work in confined spaces and maneuver safely around ship structures, cargo areas, and dockside equipment.

  • Weather Exposure: Perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, cold, and humidity.

  • Marine Environment: Work on docks, piers, and vessel decks that may be wet, slippery, uneven, or subject to vessel movement.

  • Noise: Tolerate moderate to high noise levels generated by ship engines, forklifts, cranes, and delivery vehicles.

  • Air Quality: Occasionally work in environments with exposure to exhaust fumes, food product odors, and other common maritime operational conditions.

  • Lighting: Adapt to changing lighting conditions, including early morning, evening, nighttime, and overcast work environments.
