Project Coordinator
Rockville, MD Pay From: $24 per hour MUST: The Project Coordinator should have the following experience: 2+ years of experience coordinating projects Experience providing detailed administrative and operational support Experience supporting a healthcare related government agency preferred or project coordination with a government contractor Collecting and organizing information and data Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information Experienced with queries, report writing and presenting findings Experience putting together qualitative analysis findings into report and briefs Monitoring and tracking tasks and logs Supporting production of various materials Formatting deliverables and adding graphics Maintaining project systems, files and records Strong communication and writing skills Ability to obtain a Public Trust Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related field DUTIES: The duties of the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate and host webinars Work with various project members Maintain project systems, files and records Take and compile meeting notes Provide direct support to the Project Manager and provide detailed updates on project tasks Monitor and track logs Provide assistance with production and format and add graphics to reports and documents Identify and analyze relevant subject matter reports and policy documents to extract best practices and trends. Compile qualitative analysis findings into reports and subject matter briefs Handle document reviews to determine compliance with established standards and requirements Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
