  • Analyze inventory consumption data, levels, and work order requirements to make informed ordering decisions and place purchase orders as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for supply chain process improvements.
  • Ensure end-user material requirements are satisfied.
  • Monitor the quality and timely delivery of materials, identifying performance patterns to ensure a stable supply.
  • Assess and implement various inventory management methods (e.g., consignment, Vendor Managed/Owned Inventory) and forecasting techniques (e.g., material replenishment planning), in collaboration with internal sourcing partners.
  • Conduct supply planning and analysis, including supplier performance and relationship management.
  • Accurately create and modify material master records in material management systems, adhering to naming standards and audit requirements.
  • Participate in user testing for system revisions and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel on all aspects of materials management, including stocking levels, jobsite deliveries, and material changes.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams on material standardization.
  • Periodically review material forecasts against actual demand and make necessary recommendations or adjustments.
  • Communicate project material forecasts and timelines to contracted suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal sourcing partners to ensure supplier accountability to contract terms.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms with a deep understanding of material replenishment planning and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with departments such as logistics, engineering, and operations.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making using data visualization and reporting tools.
