Test Material Processor (CNC Machining) Weekend Days)

Summary:

We are currently seeking a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Test Material Processor at our Cudahy, WI facility. In this role you will prepare specimens for mechanical testing, through sectioning and machining forging. Applicants must pass aptitude test.

Essential Functions:

Layout and sectioning of test material using CNC band saws and waterjets.

Turning, facing, form grinding and threading of cylindrical test specimens test using CNC lathes, and grinders

Milling and surface grinding of rectangular shaped test specimens.

Preparation of etched samples.

Store, scrap and dispose of production related test material.

Store, scrap and dispose of acceptance material.

Experimental Heat Treat Operations.

Pick-up and delivery of test material.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years Manufacturing Experience
• 1+ years of CNC Machining Experience
