Are you looking to launch or grow your career in advanced manufacturing and life sciences? We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production of high-quality sensor wafers and chemical solutions used in innovative diagnostic technologies.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where precision, organization, and quality are essential. You'll work in a laboratory-style production environment performing wafer preparation, solution mixing, screen printing, documentation, and inventory management while following established manufacturing and quality procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent life sciences graduates or individuals with laboratory or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting the production process from start to finish while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare sensor wafers through electro-chemical chloridization processes
  • Perform visual inspections and accurately weigh materials and wafers
  • Prepare laboratory solutions using pipettes, precision balances, and fine chemicals
  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and established manufacturing procedures
  • Operate screen-printing equipment to apply precious metal circuitry onto ceramic wafers
  • Complete detailed electronic and manual production documentation with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain inventory of materials and production supplies
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures throughout all production activities
  • Support continuous production while meeting quality and productivity goals

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • 0-1 year of manufacturing, laboratory, research, or production experience (internships and academic lab experience are welcome)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow detailed procedures
  • Comfortable working in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience working in a laboratory or clean manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Experience using pipettes, laboratory balances, or precision measuring equipment
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new manufacturing processes
