Start and end your day at your kitchen table-no hospital rush, just a schedule that works for you. As a Home Care RN, you'll have thefreedomto manage your day, theindependenceto work on your own, and the chance toslow things downand focus on one patient at a time.M-F 8-430, one weekend every 4th week, holiday rotation.

This role provides home care services in the following counties:Sagadahoc, Cumberland, Kennebec, Lincoln & Androscoggin.

This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience.

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligibleRegistered Nurses with0-2years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2years of experience!
oEligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
oCurrent MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:
The Registered Nurse II - Home Care role provides patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the effects of nursing care. Services may be provided on an outpatient, and/or community basis.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver's license with vehicle availability and liability insurance coverage as specified by Agency policy required.
  3. Experience: One year of relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse - Home Care role.

The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
