Vice President, Private Banking - Business Banker

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Private Banking - Business Banker to join our Wealth Management Private Banking team. This role is located in New York City.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and execute business development strategies by leveraging market insights and client feedback to expand BNY's private banking client base.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise in private banking and delivering personalized financial solutions.
• Liaise with internal teams to support seamless product delivery and sales execution.
• Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure services align with client needs and BNY's strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within private banking to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance and sales activity, enabling datadriven decisionmaking.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Typically 5-8 years of experience in private banking or related financial services.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements within the private banking sector.
