This position actively champions the achievement of key goals by anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution. Serving as the primary Supply Chain liaison, the Analyst partners across the organization to strengthen collaboration, while leading the development and implementation of impactful action plans that support service excellence and advance overall Supply Chain strategies. What You Will Do Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Level I Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing appropriate KPI's for service provider performance measurements
- Supporting carrier scorecard reviews with Logistic providers
- Coordinating methods and use of TMS systems to perform accurate freight tendering, rating and accrual processes
- Strengthening partnerships with Logistics providers delivering win-win results
- Ensuring support for 3Rd Party freight rate management and payment system process
- Assisting in execution of all aspects of Logistics programs, including rate establishment, maintenance and communication
- As needed, support the business with Shipping Loss and Damage Claims
- Coordinating process improvement activities to improve Logistics delivery services and improve cost
- Assisting Finance and Transportation Manager with transportation guidance for forecasting, PPV, budget building and strat-plan development
Level II Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates proficiency for processing all types of carrier claims including analysis and research required for claims resolution and appropriate escalation to management for approval.
- Leading process improvement activities to improve Logistics delivery services and improve costs
- Proactively offers support during peak times
- Exercises decision-making capabilities to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues resulting in customer satisfaction
- Understands and Interprets Policies and Procedures
- Identifies areas for process improvement
- Ability to prioritize work
Level III Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise in departmental Practices, Policies and Procedures as well as system capabilities.
- Able to answer questions in all Transportation subject areas
- Participates in Projects as a subject matter expert
- Trains and acts as resource to team members
- Initiates proactive communications and provides input to management for Policies and Procedure or system enhancement changes
- Other duties to be performed assigned by Transportation Manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related field
- Minimum of 4 years of related Logistics or Supply chain experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and concisely
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Advanced skills in desktop software applications, including Access, Excel, and all Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact with all levels with customers, 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders
What Makes You Stand Out
- SAP S/4HANA Experience - Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems
- Accounting or Finance Background - Prior experience in a financial or accounting-focused role
- Advanced Degree - Additional education in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain
- Manhattan TMS Experience - Familiarity with industry-leading transportation management systems
