About this Job

The VP, Omni Solutions is a senior sales leadership role responsible for drivingrevenue growth, client expansion, and team performanceacrossNielsenIQ'sOmni portfolio, including Consumer Panel and integrated analytics solutions.

This leader willbuild, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sellers, partnering closely with product, consulting, and client success teams to deliver complex, consultative solutions to clients-primarily withinFMCGandRetailenterprise verticals.

You will play a critical role inshaping go-to-market strategy, coaching sellers on consultative sales execution, and elevating how NIQ positions its Omni capabilities in the market.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying sellers focused on Omni solutions

  • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability metrics to drive revenue outcomes

  • Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, andretaintop sales talent

  • Provide ongoing coaching in complex deal strategy, executive engagement, and value-based selling

Revenue Growth & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Own and deliver against team revenue targets, including new business and expansion opportunities

  • Forecast annual and quarterly revenue performance within 2% of actuals and provideaccurateforecasting for monthlyobjectives.

  • Drive pipeline generation and ensure disciplined sales execution across all stages of the sales cycle

  • Partner with the Account Development teams to create meaningful sales plays that drive top line revenue performance.

Client Engagement & Strategic Selling

  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (C-suite, strategy, insights, and investment teams)

  • Guide teams in developing customized proposals and narratives that align NIQ solutions to client business challenges

  • Support complex negotiations, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring

  • Create a commercial culture that focuses on client-centric outcomes whileleveragingdeep productexpertisetoshowcasedifferentiated value.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience inconsultative sales, with a strong preference for data, analytics, or insights solutions

  • 5+ years ofpeople leadership experience, managing and developing quota-carrying sales teams

  • Experience selling intoFMCG, Retail, or related verticals

  • Strong understanding ofconsumer data, panel data, or syndicated research solutionspreferred

  • Proventrack recordof exceeding revenue targets and developing high-performing teams

  • Exceptional executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles, including customizedsolutionsand pricing structures

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment

Additional Information

  • Travel required (~20-30%) based on client and team needs

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary + performance-based incentives

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:$141,500.00 - $200,000.00 USD.Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.Other benefits include flexible working environment, comprehensive health insurance, industry-leading parental leave, life insurance, education support and more.
