JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Senior Clinical Training & Development Specialist supports the delivery of high-quality clinical and sales training across the organization. Working closely with the Clinical Training & Development Manager and Regional Clinic Managers, this role facilitates structured training programs, delivers in-clinic coaching, and supports the onboarding of new providers. The Senior Specialist brings advanced clinical expertise and instructional skill to elevate provider performance, strengthen patient care, and contribute to commercial outcomes. Salary and Other Compensation: The target rate for this position is between $75,460 to $98,000/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
