About the Role:

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations will play a pivotal role in steering the operational strategy and execution across the organization to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence in service delivery. This leadership position demands a visionary who can align operational initiatives with the company's overall business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation. The SVP will oversee multiple departments, fostering collaboration and accountability to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. They will be responsible for managing resources, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ultimately, this role is critical in shaping the operational backbone that supports sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution* Minimum of five (5) years of investigative experience (government or private sector)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience, demonstrating the ability to resolve client issues and conduct management and technical reviews to ensure quality
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a nationwide field staff supporting Government projects
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's operations (e.g., manufacturing, technology, logistics).
  • Proven Law Enforcement experience Federal or State.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating new technologies into operations.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-national operational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and market demands.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Oversee daily operations, including supply chain management, production, quality assurance, and customer service to maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and technology integration.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational agility to respond effectively to changing business environments.
