IT Support Specialist - Tier III Charleston, SC Pay from $72,000/yr MUST: Experience It Support Specialist Tier III Active DoD Secret clearance (interim Secret is ok) 6+ years of overall IT experience 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining in Window Systems and related networks Hands on experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting Experience with security components to include Patching, Stinging, and firewall management Ability to support both Windows and Apple operating systems Experience with Active Directory Provide imaging computers/server/tablets | IN place upgrades Excellent communications both written and verbal skills High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills Excellent custom service and people skills Active Security+CE DUTIES: Will be working on a small team providing overall Tier II and Tier III IT support for DoD Client Will be a part of a team in charge of the Local Area Network as well as responsible for providing support to a national network for the DoD Will be expected to provide professional customer service for DoD client Handle a wide array of tasks from basic imaging and set up, user access, systems and network security and troubleshooting Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize projects, and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations Regularly assess progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies as needed.
