Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator I will manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and overseeing task delegation to administrative staff. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating operational procedures, preparing key reports, and handling work requests. The Facility Coordinator I will also support IT equipment management and use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and ensure compliance with work orders. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and smooth facility operations. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
