JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Performance Nutrition department is seeking a Performance Nutrition Fellow to support our Olympic sport programs. This fellowship is designed to provide hands-on experience in collegiate athletics while helping develop early-career practitioners into well-rounded sports nutrition professionals. This position is supported by the Pennsylvania Pork Council and provides an opportunity to work within a high-performance, interdisciplinary environment focused on evidence-based practice and practical application. The fellow will work alongside a collaborative staff of six Registered Dietitians (four Olympic, two Football) and our Director of Operations, gaining exposure to a variety of team environments and performance nutrition strategies. Part-time position with a flexible schedule. Registered Dietitian preferred; RD-eligible candidates will be considered with the expectation of obtaining the RD credential by August 1, 2026.
