Senior Lead Software Analyst, Technical Support Insurance Technology | SQL | Oracle | Enterprise Applications | Technical Problem Solving | Property & Casualty | Billing Job Overview The Senior Lead Software Analyst, Technical Support is a mid-level technical role focused on solving enterprise applications, data, and system challenges across Property & Casualty insurance platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, and customer-facing teams, this role leverages SQL, Oracle, and analytical expertise to investigate issues, identify root causes, develop solutions, and improve the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for an analytical technology professional who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, working across multiple disciplines, and using data-driven insights to deliver business value. Candidates with backgrounds in systems analysis, enterprise applications, software support, data analysis, or technical consulting are encouraged to apply. Majesco is a remote-first company; however, this position requires working onsite five days per week at our client location in Erie, Pennsylvania. Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Erie area. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the United States. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
