Job Duties: Vice President, Loan Management & Due Diligence with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Independently negotiate and review complex loan agreements and associated transaction documents, including evaluating credit, collateral, and funding terms to identify and mitigate financial and operational risk. Support the trading desk by independently conducting and evaluating platform diligence of prospective and existing lenders, including underwriting standards, operational guidelines, staffing models, technology systems, information security controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Independently track, assess, and confirm collateral adequacy for fundings and margining by evaluating compliance with collateral covenants, eligibility criteria, and concentration limits, and identifying potential deficiencies and risk exposures. Proactively monitor, interpret, and assess compliance with key deliverables and financial covenants under warehouse financing documents. Analyze, synthesize, and present complex portfolio-level trends and insights related to credit risk, collateral performance, and operational efficiency, delivering clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to multiple business groups. Independently partner with Engineering teams to define business requirements and support the development, enhancement, and implementation of data warehouse, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions, including interactive visualizations, dashboards, and pivot-table-based analyses. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, combination of degree(s) and/or diplomas, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience with the following: developing Excel-based financial and operational models, dashboards, and management reports using large data sets to support business performance analysis and senior leadership decision-making; collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Risk, Operations and Technology, and external clients to monitor project deliverables, communicate requirements, and resolve operational or reporting issues; identifying risk issues and executing resolutions through documented corrective actions, while ensuring loan-related data consistency within internal loan management and reporting systems; and performing data analysis, reporting, extraction and presentation using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, including data extraction, validation, and portfolio reporting. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following: performing mortgage and consumer loan processes, including loan pricing methodologies, credit analysis, and credit risk mitigation techniques; conducting trade analytics for structured consumer credit transactions, including securitization, acquisitions, and secondary-market activities; performing analysis across consumer lending products in US or Latin America region, including experience with one of the following: personal unsecured loans, lender finance, student loans, auto loans, fleet financing, solar financing, residential improvement loans, or branch-based lending; and using Collateral Analysis System (CAS) to create efficiencies in collateral data reporting and analysis.
