THE HIGH LEVEL At Iron Bow, our Consulting Systems Engineers (CSEs) are seasoned solution engineering professionals with a deep passion for technology and commitment to helping customers achieve their mission outcomes. As a CSE, you'll collaborate with our partners and internal teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions for our clients. This role offers exposure to diverse range of technologies, with continuous opportunities to learn and adapt to new advancements. To excel in this position, you must possess a passion for technology, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box. You should also be able to work with a sense of urgency and detailed oriented. CSEs are integral to Iron Bow's strategic approach, leveraging their technical expertise and domain knowledge to craft solutions that align with our pillar strategies: IT modernization, Workforce Experience, Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This is a remote position we prefer candidates based in the Hawaii/Pacific Region and may include up to 50% travel. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!
Compensation and Benefit Information: The initial base salary range for this position is $150,000. In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) structure.
