MISSION STATEMENT: To build and scale the modern technology foundation that powers a world-class digital lending platform, marrying land intelligence with rapid capital access for agricultural real estate. ROLE DISCRIPTION: The Systems Analyst - Reimagine is responsible for helping build and evolve a new "greenfield" digital lending ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of systems design, data security, and emerging technology, this role ensures that AAC's proprietary land intelligence and new digital lending platform is built to engage with customers, providing a product they want to come back to often, and helps them obtain the financing they need. This role will be part of a new team that seeks to leverage the best qualities of a small agile startup with the presence and stability of a successful market leader. This position demands a hands-on startup mindset, balancing customer needs with disciplined execution, while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Head of Technology - Reimagine, The Systems Analyst - Reimagine will be responsible for helping build and scale the technology behind our next-generation agricultural lending platform. They will work closely with business and technical teams to align technology with organizational goals, delivering customer-centric solutions, and engage with key technology partners and vendors to drive innovation and seamless integration. This role demands direct, hands-on involvement in developing, configuring and maintaining core technology withing the overall Streamline Capital architecture. The successful candidate will ensure the various platforms are configured correctly and aligned with the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Core responsibilities include integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to automate underwriting and operations, implementing cloud-native infrastructure-all while maintaining strong alignment across business units and external partners. BASIC FUNCTION: The Systems Analyst - Reimagine focuses on understanding, developing, troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining our enterprise applications. This role is responsible for performing system administration duties for assigned configurable enterprise systems. They work with the business, technical staff and vendors to assess business requirements and processes and align them with appropriate technology solutions which need to result in improved process efficiency and accuracy. The Systems Analyst - Reimagine assists with the integration of new and upgraded products and unit tests solutions. They are responsible for assessing application issues and developing business and system solutions. The Systems Analyst - Reimagine is familiar with a variety of programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms. They may assist in developing release notes and user training materials. They may also be responsible for assisting in testing efforts, developing cost analyses, design considerations, and estimating development timelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and sit at a desk for an extended period of time. Job requires extensive use of computers and phones. While performing the job, the employee is required to sit, crouch, kneel, crawl, reach and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work with typical hardware and cabling practices required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team. Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Must be able to interact effectively with people at all levels of company. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Up to 25% travel required in performance of the role. FULL-TIME REMOTE: These roles and job functions can be done remotely, while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and our business goals. Employees are welcome to come to an office to work if needed, and some travel for team meetings will be required.PAY RANGE: Minimum $84,620.15 - Max $135,392.24 AnnualThis range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
