You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Managing preferred provider programs with key commercial real estate firms.
  • Developing and delivering tailored marketing materials and presentations.
  • Driving business development and building relationships with real estate influencers.
  • Collaborating with dealer partners to support sales efforts.
  • Leading national real estate initiatives and partnership programs.
  • Gathering and analyzing commercial real estate trends.
  • Supporting internal teams with actionable insights and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility
  • Experience engaging commercial real estate influencers
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Strong process orientation and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business insights into value propositions
  • General understanding of business operations
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel 10 - 20%
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Ability to develop targeted marketing content
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate ecosystems
  • Strength in managing programs end-to-end
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

In compliance with Washington States pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $135,300 - $169,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
