What You'll Do:
  • Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems
  • Interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to complete builds accurately
  • Conduct wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation
  • Assemble subcomponents into final hardware and perform system-level assembly
  • Execute basic electrical testing, troubleshooting, and rework of assemblies
  • Support refurbishment and repair of hardware to meet quality standards
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or electronics assembly
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience reading schematics, BOMs, and work instructions
  • 2+ years of experience using measurement tools and performing basic electrical tests

  • Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, and work order management systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex assemblies
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Interest in continuous improvement and applying innovative approaches
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual may be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
