APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems Interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to complete builds accurately Conduct wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation Assemble subcomponents into final hardware and perform system-level assembly Execute basic electrical testing, troubleshooting, and rework of assemblies Support refurbishment and repair of hardware to meet quality standards Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or electronics assembly High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience reading schematics, BOMs, and work instructions 2+ years of experience using measurement tools and performing basic electrical tests What Sets You Apart: Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, and work order management systems Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex assemblies Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Interest in continuous improvement and applying innovative approaches Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual may be subject to a background check and a drug screen Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
