Department OverviewThe Direct Marketing Organization oversees our marketing growth strategy in close alignment with sales leadership and market strategy teams. We are responsible for generating incremental, marketing-led pipeline while influencing and accelerating high-priority sales opportunities as an extension of the Global Government sales teams.Within this organization, the North America Field Marketing and Campaigns team is responsible for overseeing and executing all elements that drive a campaign. We spearhead competitive, compelling messaging that speaks to our target audience, and determine the optimal mix of tactics-including lead generation, targeted campaigns, events/associations, sales enablement, and "always-on" digital paid media-to achieve our goals. Job Description The Campaigns Manager, North America Direct is responsible for coordinating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline within the public safety and government markets. This role requires a creative, strategic mindset and a savvy approach to campaign content creation. As an analytical and high-energy professional, the Campaigns Manager monitors performance metrics to make data-driven pivots, manages campaign budgets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position works highly collaboratively across the broader Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and sales teams to successfully launch impactful marketing strategies.
