JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary of Position The Director of Outpatient Services supervises a regional team of Managers, Supervisors, and Clinical Providers, managing team member performance and adherence to job duties and responsibilities. The role ensures consistent, high-quality and efficient service delivery in outpatient clinical settings and across access points throughout the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education Level Master's degree in a behavioral health field Years of Experience Three+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health Experience in outpatient and crisis services preferred Certification/Licensure Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) clinical license required.
