Coordinator of Government Costing System Government Costing This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization. Job SummaryThe Coordinator of Government Costing will, under supervision and training, perform data gathering, perform analyses, review of service activity rates, calculation of the Facilities and Administrative (F&A) indirect cost, fringe benefit, and tuition remission rates, and other projects as assigned. This position may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work arrangement depending on unit operational needs. Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications A. Bachelor's degree with a major in Accountancy or a related field AND two (2) years of professional level accounting experience. Previous work experience at an institution of higher education or government institution. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5000 - Accounting Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after August 3rd, 2026. The budgeted salary range for the position is $57,000- $61,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. System Office jobs such as this one are not eligible for the Referral Program.
