The Corporate Sales eQuip Specialist supports TacticalGear.com and WorkBoots.com corporate sales programs by managing the creation and ongoing maintenance of Uniform Programs, eQuip websites, and pricing structures. This role is responsible for updating pricing, product assortments, and VAS enhancements, while building new programs and sites based on Key Account Manager requests. The specialist ensures all requests are prioritized and executed with accuracy and timeliness to deliver a seamless and reliable customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Manage ongoing maintenance of Uniform Programs and eQuip sites, including price updates, product additions/removals, and VAS (Value-Added Service) enhancements within Personalization Groups
  • Create new Uniform Programs, eQuip websites, and price lists based on Key Account Manager requests
  • Review, prioritize, and complete internal requests with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to eQuip websites and Uniform Programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program setup and ongoing support
  • Serve as a backup resource for other team members as needed
  • Support miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned



WHAT YOU BRING



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Galls intranet systems, general internet applications, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
