What to Expect
We areseekinga skilled and safety-conscious Systems Integrator to design, build, and automate custom test systems. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein electrical schematic design, building electrical control panels, and developing automated test software - with a solid foundation in electrical safety and code compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of electrical systems and software automation, and who takes pride in building robust, repeatable, and safe test environments. An electrician's license or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Design and construct electrical control panels (including power distribution, grounding, fuses, relays, terminal blocks, and safety interlocks) for automated test systems
- Create, interpret, and validate electrical schematics using tools like AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
- Build and integrate test fixtures, interconnects, and hardware interfaces for functional, environmental, and compliance testing
- Develop and maintain automated test software using Python, C#, or LabVIEW, with control of test hardware (e.g., DAQs, power supplies, relays, sensors)
- Implement data logging, reporting, pass/fail logic, and real-time monitoring in test automation workflows
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware-software interactions in test environments.
- Document system designs, schematics, software logic, and test procedures for compliance and knowledge transfer
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet local and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, UL) and safety standards
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, orequivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration, test equipment development, or electrical panel building
- Proven ability to read, create, and debug electrical schematics and layout control panels
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or LabVIEW for test automation and hardware control
- Experience with data acquisition hardware (e.g., NI DAQ, Keysight, National Instruments) and interfacing with sensors, relays, and power systems
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and software documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment

Expected Compensation
$91,600 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
