Key Tasks:

• The Contractor shall support IT Policy activities to include, but not be limited to:
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IT Policy as it relates to data governance, artificial intelligence, ODNI Enterprise IT, and Cybersecurity capabilities policy
  • Provide support with identifying, reviewing, and analyzing relevant USG policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that Sponsor information technology, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence efforts are compliant;
  • Drafting editing, and facilitating the coordination and execution of policies, processes, and procedures, including instructions, policy, and guidance to Sponsor stakeholders, subject to Sponsor review and approval
  • Ensuring projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advising them on how to comply;
  • Recommending approaches to tailor Sponsor specified governance to align with the selected Agile software development and engineering framework; and making Agile teams aware of standards and governance they need to comply with ( e.g., data security), and advising them on how to comply.

Required Education / Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
