We're seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
*Key Responsibilities* * Provide technical support to sales teams, contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects to promote and support company products * Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues over the phone, identifying root causes and delivering clear solutions * Research and resolve installation and product usage issues for contractors and end users * Differentiate between technical and business issues and resolve or escalate as needed * Accurately document warranty information and detailed case notes for each interaction * Follow up promptly to ensure customer issues are resolved * Support team members with high-priority technical inquiries * Respond to email inquiries related to product information and troubleshooting * Assist with multilingual support or Spanish call queues as needed * Participate in additional projects or assignments as directed *Required Qualifications* * 1+ year of customer service or phone support experience * 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience (HVAC or related preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences * Ability to multitask and stay focused in high-pressure situations * Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed *Preferred Qualifications* * Hands-on HVAC field experience or related certification/training * Call center experience * Passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving *What Sets You Apart* * Strong customer-first mindset * Clear, confident communicator * Resourceful problem solver who enjoys technical challenges * Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
