This position is fully onsite with a client of ours located in Wheeling, IL. The starting pay would be $28/hr. Job Description Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing customer accounts * Handles customer requests including quotes, orders, follow-up, and delivery information. * Solves various customer matters, issues credits, debits, and authorizes return goods. * Communicates customer requirements to Operations & Engineering. * Supports members of the outside sales team. * The volume of orders: ranges from 50-75 larger orders with multiple line items * Working on the Power Transmission Team - International and Domestic Clients. * The role involves a weekly rotation between managing emails and handling phone calls, with phone staff also writing custom orders between calls. * Key responsibilities include using QAD and Felix systems for quoting, order entry, tracking, and inventory management, with a strong emphasis on detail orientation due to product specificity and financial consequences of errors.
