What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Manager of Workforce Planning & Analysis (WFP&A), you will lead the strategic vision for V2B workforce operations, ensuring our organization is agile, efficient, and positioned to deliver superior customer service. You will be the primary advocate for workforce performance, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will lead high-impact projects, manage complex planning models, and act as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing business goals with employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Workforce Leadership: Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing models. Own the strategic roadmap for workforce performance, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals and service level objectives.

  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Oversee the integrity of workforce operations, including Timesheet, MyA event, and attendance audits. Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, automating reporting, and redesigning tools to eliminate waste and increase availability.

  • Project & Change Management: Lead and facilitate cross-functional operations projects from ideation to implementation. Partner with Sales Ops, HR, Routing, and Vendor teams to ensure understanding of planning methodologies, compliance, and strategic alignment.

  • Executive Communication & Partnership: Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, creating and delivering executive-level presentations that leverage data insights to quantify business impact, secure resource investments, and resolve operational challenges.

  • Vendor & Tool Management: Provide strategic oversight for vendor partners, ensuring performance standards and alignment with V2B goals. Oversee the administration and optimization of critical planning tools (e.g., Verint) to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Employee Experience & Development: Foster a culture of shared success, mentorship, and engagement. Guide and develop team members, ensuring a high-performing, informed, and motivated workforce.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in sales, sales operations, business development or marketing.

  • Experience in Telecommunications.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling tools such as Verint/IEX, myAttendance, and Disability Dashboard.

  • Presented new and complex wireless technologies to C-Level executives.

  • Led cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.

  • Experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales or Sales Operations.

  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that result in the successful achievement of critical business goals and objectives.

Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
