Fox Entertainment is looking for a Manager of Finance with solid project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. This position, while reporting to Studio Finance, will work closely with the Studio Content Operations and AI teams and will be responsible for Financial Planning & Modeling, Cost Management & Reporting, identifying cost efficiencies, providing oversight over shared technology and assets and providing financial support for business systems and internal platforms.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support cost tracking, analysis, and reporting across Tech Ops/SCO/AI activities, including labor, production services, technology, and infrastructure
  • Support cost planning and tracking for post-production infrastructure and storage, including shared environments and new deployments
  • Support and increasingly inform scenario analysis and investment evaluation for new initiatives, tooling, and operational changes
  • Support and help evolve financial management of shared technology investments (creative tools, licensing, platforms), including allocation modeling across multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Studio, partners, title vs non-title)
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate project setup, labor coding, and payroll alignment across Network and Studio productions
  • Help shape and maintain labor models and planning frameworks, including support for evolving internal labor structures and internal allocations
  • Help build and refine allocation models and reporting frameworks for cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to and help drive operational planning and budgeting processes, building financial models that reflect real-world workflows and resource needs
  • Assist in coordinating with procurement teams to ensure PO alignment and financial visibility across shared usage
  • Assist in financial oversight of production services and inventory operations, including equipment procurement, rentals, repairs, and logistics, ensuring proper cost allocation and bill coding
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance cost visibility and consistency across vendor spend, invoicing, and shared services
  • Partner with sourcing and legal teams to help align financial structures with contract terms, usage models, and scaling needs
  • Provide financial support for business systems and internal platforms, including tracking spend for consultants, contractors, and integrations
  • Identify and help drive improvements in cost efficiency, resource planning, and financial processes, contributing to more informed operational and investment decisions over time

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, production finance, or similar
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, production, or technical teams
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis skills
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
  • Familiarity with project-based financial tracking, cost allocation, and reporting
  • Ability to synthesize data and communicate clear, actionable insights in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support operational planning or investment decision-making through financial analysis

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in media/entertainment, with exposure to production finance
  • Experience with resource planning, cost allocation, or shared services models
  • Understanding of both production and corporate finance
  • Exposure to technology, infrastructure, or vendor-based cost environments
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • CPA or equivalent

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $110,000.00-116,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
