DESCRIPTION

The Digital Communications & Experience Specialist is a senior-level professional responsible for the end-to-end strategy, design, and technical production of digital content and user experiences. This role is a critical driver of the organization's transformation efforts, focusing on the seamless adoption of enterprise systems, digital tools, and evolving ways of working.

While the role operates within a technical landscape, communications and user-experience expertise are paramount over pure technical knowledge. The Specialist must independently analyze complex organizational issues and determine creative digital solutions that align with business goals.

This role serves as the primary content strategist for HR's digital communications ecosystem, ensuring employees can easily access, navigate, and act on HR information and resources. By prioritizing user-centric approaches, the Specialist will build and maintain digital environments that serve as the primary access points for the organization.

An objective of this role is to reduce "change fatigue" by translating organizational shifts into intuitive digital journeys. The Specialist will produce high-quality multimedia assets-including audio, video, and instructional digital media-designed to make adoption so frictionless that users willingly migrate to new systems and practices.

This role provides specialized, continuous support and communication for system transactors acting as a bridge between technical system updates and the people who execute them, while ensuring that those in high-impact administrative roles are equipped with the information and digital resources needed for accuracy and efficiency.

The Specialist will serve as a change agent by translating complex business processes into simplified digital workflows. This includes leading the digital enablement for "Way We Work" initiatives and optimizing the use of collaborative project management applications and shared communication platforms to ensure technology is a bridge, rather than a barrier, to productivity.
