JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Patient Support Program Training Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join our Patient Services team, this role is based in one of UCB's offices: Smyrna, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston MA. This is not a remote role. About the role You will lead the design and delivery of training programs that enable patient services and reimbursement teams to perform at their best. In this role, you will translate complex program strategies into practical learning experiences that support patient access and operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring teams have the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the patient journey. Who you'll work with You will work closely with patient services, reimbursement, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure training aligns with business priorities and evolving market needs. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 - $164,900 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
