Position Summary The Budget Analyst II supports the hospital's budget and reporting operations by assisting with the development, maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of the operating budget. This role works closely with department managers and hospital leadership to prepare financial reports, perform variance analyses, maintain budget-related systems and databases, and support strategic financial decision-making. The position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently on complex reporting projects. Key Responsibilities
