Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 ^st shift) About the Opportunity: Tube Assembly operators perform day-to-day production activities by using the most current procedures to maintain production schedules. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of the product to assure quality. Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year of experience in reading drawings/blueprints/work instructions. What Sets You Apart: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Have good problem-solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email) Good written and verbal communication skills Able to clearly read and write in English. Good hand/eye coordination. High level of attention to detail. Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call-offs. Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed. Demonstrated problem-solving techniques. Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to wear needed PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses. Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Work a 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
