Back Licensed BCBA #110657 Elk Grove Laguna Carrier Anx, California, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Position Type Full-Time Shift 1st Shift - with week-ends Work Schedule Monday- Friday 8-4pm Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's degree with Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills Capacity to train and mentor others Ability to perform duties with limited supervision Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Description Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Salary Range: $108,000- $115,000 per year plus incentives, sign-on bonus eligible\| Small Caseload \| Flexible Schedule Location: Elk Grove, California (Residential, Community & Office-Based Services) Licensed BCBA in California We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Elk Grove, California.
