The Stock Administration role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the company's equity compensation programs, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a high level of service to employees and stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's total rewards strategy through effective management of stock plans, vesting events, and reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance stock awards (PSUs) Manage equity grant lifecycle processes: grant issuance, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and settlements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in the equity administration system. Monitor and reconcile equity transactions within stock plan systems and broker platforms. Ensure compliance with plan documents, SEC regulations, tax requirements, and global equity rules. Support quarterly and annual reporting, including equity reconciliations and disclosure requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to equity grant awards, vesting, and system navigation. Develop and deliver clear employee communication, education materials, and FAQs related to stock programs: grant details, vesting schedules, and transactions, as well as system navigation tools. Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy of equity-related data. Prepare and reconcile reports for Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external auditors. Support tax withholding processes and payroll integration for equity events Collaborate on system enhancements, automation, and process improvements Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including SEC reporting, IRS/tax requirements, and global equity regulations Maintain integrity of equity data across Devon's platforms Assist in preparation of proxy disclosures and other regulatory filings Perform regular reconciliations and audits of equity records
Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Human Resources Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in stock administration, equity compensation, or related area
Skills and Qualifications
Experience with stock administration platforms, preferably Fidelity Strong knowledge of equity compensation practices, tax implications, and regulatory requirements Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion Effective communication skills with ability to explain complex equity concepts clearly Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
