Primary Function

TheAssembly Operator IIis responsible forbuilding andassembling Reverse Osmosis(RO) units according to standard work instructions, using hand tools,fixturesand testing equipment. This role ensuresproducts are assembled safely,correctlyand meet quality standards before packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities
  • Pick parts, tools and materials needed for assembly
  • Assemble product components following standard work instructions
  • Install and assemble valves,tubingand related components
  • Use fixtures and hand tools (electric screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) to complete assembly steps
  • Set up and perform leak testing on completed units
  • Identifyand fix leaks or defects as needed
  • Enter required finished goods information into SAP
  • Stage finished units and related components on skids for shipment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED isrequired
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Abilityto follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to use hand tools andoperatebasic equipment
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Education
High School Diploma or GED
