We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $75,000 and $85,000./hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
*Talent Acquisition Support
*Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
*Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
*Screen resumes and conduct candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls
*Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience
*Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports
*Maintain job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms
*Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and pipeline-building initiatives
*Maintain hiring metrics tracking such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, interview turnaround times, and onboarding completion
*Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure recruiting process visibility and follow-up
*Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce ramp-up initiatives and urgent staffing needs
*Support sourcing and employer branding initiatives
*Onboarding & HR Administration
*Support onboarding logistics (offer letters, documentation, scheduling onboarding sessions)
*Ensure completion and compliance of new hire documentation
*Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
*Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes
*Provide administrative HR support as needed

*Operational & Ad Hoc HR Support
*Assist with HR projects related to workforce planning and process improvement
*Support employee lifecycle activities as needed (offboarding, internal mobility, etc.)
*Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes
*Provide support to the HR team during peak workload periods
*Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
*Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university applicable to position.
*3+ years in HR or recruiting experience.
