New employees can potentially earn $56k in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 50-hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. The Yard Equipment Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials using forklifts and/or other types of equipment in a manufacturing setting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Load, rig steel joists and/or girders on trailers as assigned. * Assist with loading and unloading material in shop as needed. * Assist with steel joist bundles and yard layout as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to safety protocols. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required. | |
