Are you a hands-on engineer passionate about bringing imaginative designs to life? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team, where you will be instrumental in transforming conceptual ideas into buildable, functional structures for custom fabrications and interactive installations. What You'll Do:

• Create 3D models and detailed drawing layouts using specialized design software.
• Help turn conceptual designs for experiential marketing solutions into buildable, functional solutions.
• Utilize automation software for CNC programming and part layouts.
• Design wiring schematics and custom PCBs using electronic design automation tools.
• Integrate microcontrollers for controls and interactivity.
• Collaborate directly with project managers and shop leads on fabrication.
• Participate hands-on in production to support and refine build quality.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have):

• Quick thinkers with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a shop and production environment.
• Familiarity with CAD tools, or the ability to learn fast.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have):

• Interest in or experience with CNC, 3D printing, electronics, or fabrication.
• Adaptability and a strong critical thinking mindset, especially for entry-level candidates.
