As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Indiantown, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will help support a secure environment through visible presence, strong attention to detail, and a caring, team-oriented approach grounded in integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, authorize access for approved personnel, and maintain visitor and delivery logs in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events through detailed reports and communication with site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Support screening and checkpoint activities for people, vehicles, and/or materials entering or leaving the location, following established procedures and reporting concerns to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
